Privacy policy

Cats in Space is made for kids, so it is built to collect as little as possible. Last updated September 19, 2026.

What we don't collect

We don't ask for or collect names, email addresses, photos, locations or any other personal information. There are no accounts, no chat, no ads and no tracking cookies.

What stays on the device

The game saves progress, such as crystals found, shop items and settings, in the web browser's local storage on the device being played. This information never leaves that device and is never sent to us. Playing on a different device starts a fresh game. Clearing the browser's site data erases it.

Counting visits

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count how many people visit and which pages they open. It uses no cookies, builds no profile of any visitor and follows nobody across other websites. It cannot tell us who a visitor is, and we never use it to identify a child. We use no advertising or marketing trackers at all.

Read aloud

The "Read it to me" button uses the speech voice built into the device's browser. Nothing is recorded.

Fonts

The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, the browser requests the font files from Google, which receives the device's IP address as part of that request.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
